Jemez Valley Warriors (Jemez Pueblo, NM) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Chesterton Academy Saints (Albuquerque, NM), 66-30 in a league bout.

With the win, Jemez Valley upgrades its record to 12-12 on the season. The Warriors host Native American Community Academy (Albuquerque, NM) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Friday, February 23. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 5-14.

Next up, the Saints play the Evangel Christian Academy/Oak Grove Classical Academy Eagle (Albuquerque, NM) in a A District 7 match, on Monday, February 19. Chesterton Academy will attempt to better on its 1-19 season record. The Eagle enter the match with a 12-9 record after their 64-59 league win over Jemez Valley (Jemez Pueblo, NM).
