In Saturday's non-league outing, the Athens Christian Eagles (Athens, GA) basketball squad edged the visiting Rabun County Wildcats (Tiger, GA), by a margin of 55-52.

The Eagles (15-9) will now prepare for their outing against Dade County (Trenton, GA). The Wolverines go into the non-league outing with a 14-12 record. In their last outing, Dade County was tipped by Chattooga (Summerville, GA), 65-40, in a non-league outing.

The Wildcats now own a 15-11 record. They play next when they host Trion for a non-league outing on Tuesday, February 21. Rabun County will clash with a Bulldogs squad coming off a 59-52 non-league win over Pepperell (Lindale, GA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 12-10.
