Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Gallatin County Hawks (Junction, IL) and the visiting Hardin County Cougars (Elizabethtown, IL), saw Gallatin County's basketball squad knock off Hardin County by a count of 51-38.

With the victory, Gallatin County upgrades its record to 13-14 on the campaign. The Hawks travel to Crab Orchard (Marion, IL) to play the Trojans in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, February 22. The Trojans come into the challenge with a record of 27-3.
