Logansport Tigers (Logansport, LA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Southwood Cowboys (Shreveport, LA), 16-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Tigers now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Loyola College Prep for a non-league challenge on Monday, March 6.
With the loss, Southwood falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Cowboys host Zwolle (Zwolle, LA) to battle the Hawks in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 18. The Hawks enter the challenge with a record of 0-0.
