The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Greenbrier East Spartans (Lewisburg, WV) and the visiting Independence Patriots (Coal City, WV), observed Greenbrier East's basketball team overwhelm Independence by a margin of 75-48.
The Spartans (11-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Shady Spring (Shady Spring, WV). The Tigers come into the non-league test with a 15-2 record.
The Patriots (5-9) will now prepare for their test against Riverside (Belle, WV). The Warriors come into the non-league test with a 4-15 record.
