The June Buchanan Crusaders basketball squad (Pippa Passes, KY), was crushed 86-38 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Jenkins Cavaliers (Jenkins, KY)
With the victory, Jenkins advances its record to 22-4 on the year. The Cavaliers travel to Appalachian Christian HomeSchool (Abingdon, VA) to meet the Warriors in a non-league battle on Friday, February 21. The Warriors enter the battle with a record of 12-16.
The Crusaders now own a 0-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cordia for a District 53 battle on Thursday, February 20. June Buchanan will meet a Lions squad coming off a 70-33 non-league loss to Leslie County (Hyden, KY). The Lions record now stands at 3-21.
