Vermont High School Basketball - Burr & Burton thwarts Mount Anthony

The Burr & Burton Bulldogs (Manchester, VT) basketball knocked off the visiting Mount Anthony Patriots (Bennington, VT), 51-34 in Monday's league test.
The Bulldogs (9-10) will now prepare for their test against Fair Haven (Fair Haven, VT). The Slaters go into the Marble Valley - B test with a 14-4 record. In their last test, Fair Haven went down by Windsor (Windsor, VT), 37-29, in a league test.
The Patriots now own a 2-17 record. They play next when they travel to Rutland for a Marble Valley - A test on Thursday, February 22. Mount Anthony will encounter a Raiders squad coming off a 41-37 league win over Brattleboro (Brattleboro, VT). The Raiders record now stands at 14-6.
