Hawaii High School Basketball - University Laboratory School nips Kailua

In Wednesday's non-league contest, the host University Laboratory School Junior Rainbows basketball team scored a close 51-45 win over the Kailua Surfriders.
The Junior Rainbows (16-10) will now prepare for their contest against Punahou (Honolulu, HI). The Buff n' Blue come into the non-league contest with a 26-8 record. In their last contest, Punahou edged Kamehameha Hawai'i (Kea'au, HI), 67-53, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Surfriders battle the Kamehameha Hawai'i Warriors (Kea'au, HI) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, February 20. Kailua will attempt to better on its 13-5 season record.
