The Calvary Christian Cougar (King, NC) basketball crushed the visiting White Plains Christian Patriots (Mount Airy, NC), 84-62 in Thursday's league test.
The Cougar (11-12) will now prepare for their test against Southview Christian (Statesville, NC). The Conquerors go into the non-league test with a 16-8 record. In their last test, Southview Christian walloped Shining Light Baptist Academy (Monroe, NC), 73-47, in a non-league test.
The Patriots now own a 3-9 record. They play next when they host Sheets Memorial Christian for a NCCSA A East Region 3 test on Tuesday, February 7.
