With the victory, Paul Public Charter International improves its record to 10-8 on the campaign. The Pirates host McKinley Tech (Washington, DC) to play the Trainers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 4. The Trainers come into the challenge with a record of 20-5.

Next up, the Knights play the Friendship Tech Prep Academy Titans (Washington, DC) in a PCSAA AA challenge, on Tuesday, February 7. Friendship Collegiate Academy will attempt to improve on its 11-11 season record. The Titans come into the challenge with a 21-5 record after their 76-31 league win over Thurgood Marshall Academy (Washington, DC).
