Wisconsin High School Basketball - Spooner ripped by Ashland

The Ashland Oredockers basketball team scored 53 points and held the host Spooner Rails to 30 in the Oredockers league triumph on Thursday.
The Oredockers now sport a 7-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cumberland for a Heart O'North contest on Saturday, February 4. Ashland will battle a Beavers team coming off a 56-25 league loss to St. Croix Falls (St. Croix Falls, WI). The Beavers record now stands at 1-15.
The Rails (1-15) will now prepare for their contest against Hayward (Hayward, WI). The Hurricanes enter the Heart O'North contest with a 8-6 record. In their last contest, Hayward triumphed over Chetek-Weyerhaeuser (Chetek, WI), 49-37, in a league contest.
