In Thursday's league match, the visiting Kennedy Knights basketball team scored a tight 37-36 triumph over the Passaic Indians.

In their next game, the Knights meet the Passaic Arts & Science Charter (Passaic, NJ) in a non-league match, on Saturday, February 4. Kennedy will attempt to move on its 10-9 season record. The enter the match with a 13-1 record after their 40-24 non-league win over Belleville (Belleville, NJ).

With the defeat, Passaic moves to 8-9 on the year. The Indians travel to Passaic County Tech (Wayne, NJ) to meet the Bulldogs in a Big North - Liberty match on Tuesday, February 7. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 7-12. Passaic County Tech won 42-27 in their recent league match against Kennedy (Paterson, NJ)
