In Friday's league outing, the Junction City Dragons (Junction City, AR) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Parkers Chapel Trojans (El Dorado, AR), by a margin of 76-43.

The Dragons (16-5) will now prepare for their outing against Fordyce (Fordyce, AR). The Redbugs go into the 2A Region 8 outing with a 11-9 record. In their last outing, Fordyce smashed Rison (Rison, AR), 72-62, in a league outing.

The Trojans now own a 7-14 record. They play next when they host Woodlawn for a 2A Region 8 outing on Tuesday, February 6. Parkers Chapel will clash with a Bears squad coming off a 76-59 league win over Gurdon (Gurdon, AR). The Bears record now stands at 16-7.
