In Friday's league outing, the Xavier Falcons (Middletown, CT) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Law Lawmen (Milford, CT), by a margin of 62-41.
The Falcons (13-3) will now prepare for their outing against Hillhouse (New Haven, CT). The Academics go into the non-league outing with a 12-4 record. In their last outing, Hillhouse was trounced by Doherty Memorial (Worcester, MA), 65-55, in a non-league outing.
The Lawmen now own a 3-12 record. They play next when they host Guilford for a Southern Connecticut - Hammonasset outing on Tuesday, February 6. Law will clash with a Grizzlies squad coming off a 92-55 league loss to Hillhouse (New Haven, CT). The Grizzlies record now stands at 4-9.
