Georgia High School Basketball - Quitman County overwhelmed by Pataula Charter Academy

The Pataula Charter Academy Panthers basketball team scored 57 points and restricted the visiting Quitman County Hornets to 22 in the Panthers league victory on Friday.
The Panthers now sport a 7-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Seminole County for a A D2 Region 1 contest on Monday, February 5. Pataula Charter Academy will battle a Indians team coming off a 1-0 league win over Stewart County (Lumpkin, GA). The Indians record now stands at 15-6.
The Hornets (7-11) will now prepare for their contest against Calhoun County (Edison, GA). The Cougars come into the A D2 Region 1 contest with a 19-4 record. In their last contest, Calhoun County triumphed over Stewart County (Lumpkin, GA), 80-19, in a league contest.
