The Powers Lake/Burke Central basketball team scored 57 points and restricted the host White Shield Warriors to 47 in the non-league victory on Friday.

The now sport a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Parshall/North Shore for a B District 7 contest on Tuesday, February 6. Powers Lake/Burke Central will battle a Braves team coming off a 66-43 non-league loss to Mohall/Lansford/Sherwood (Renville, ND). The Braves record now stands at 8-8.

The Warriors (7-9) will now prepare for their contest against Center-Stanton (Center, ND). The Wildcats come into the B District 6 contest with a 6-9 record. In their last contest, Center-Stanton was defeated by New Salem (New Salem, ND), 51-34, in a league contest.
