Virginia High School Basketball - Hurley overwhelmed by Grundy

The Grundy Golden Wave basketball team scored 60 points and restricted the visiting Hurley Rebels to 31 in the Golden Wave league victory on Friday.
The Golden Wave now sport a 15-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Graham for a non-league contest on Wednesday, February 7. Grundy will battle a G-Men team coming off a 37-33 league loss to Virginia High (Bristol, VA). The G-Men record now stands at 6-12.
The Rebels (4-15) will now prepare for their contest against Belfry (Belfry, KY). The Pirates come into the non-league contest with a 6-11 record.
