Morgan Park Academy Warriors (Chicago, IL) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Intrinsic Charter School Downtown Campus Ravens (Chicago, IL), 48-32 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Morgan Park Academy upgrades its record to 22-3 on the season. The Warriors host Latin (Chicago, IL) to clash with the Romans in a non-league bout on Monday, February 5. The Romans go into the bout with a record of 13-10.

Next up, the Ravens clash with the Christ the King Gladiators (Chicago, IL) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 3. Intrinsic Charter School Downtown Campus will attempt to upgrade on its 12-9 season record. The Gladiators go into the bout with a 19-7 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Southland College Prep (Matteson, IL).
