The South Beloit Sobos basketball team scored 44 points and restricted the visiting Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Academy Guardians to 13 in the Sobos non-league victory on Friday.

The Sobos now sport a 14-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Christian Life for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 3. South Beloit will battle a Eagles team coming off a 50-37 non-league loss to Parkview Christian Academy (Yorkville, IL). The Eagles record now stands at 17-8.

The Guardians (3-8) will now prepare for their contest against Schaumburg Christian (Schaumburg, IL). The Conquerors come into the non-league contest with a 10-7 record. In their last contest, Schaumburg Christian was routed by Alden-Hebron (Hebron, IL), 77-66, in a non-league contest.
