The William Monroe Dragons (Stanardsville, VA) basketball nipped the visiting Harrisonburg Blue Streaks (Harrisonburg, VA), 18-16 in Friday's non-league test.
The Dragons (4-11) will now prepare for their test against Rockbridge County (Lexington, VA). The Wildcats go into the non-league test with a 3-17 record. In their last test, Rockbridge County was tipped by Turner Ashby (Bridgewater, VA), 45-12, in a non-league test.
The Blue Streaks now own a 4-12 record. They play next when they host Broadway for a non-league test on Wednesday, February 7.
