Texas High School Basketball - Veterans Memorial fells Wagner

Veterans Memorial Patriots (San Antonio, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Wagner Thunderbirds (San Antonio, TX), 63-46 in a league bout.

With the win, Veterans Memorial upgrades its record to 15-3 on the season. The Patriots travel to Tivy (Kerrville, TX) to clash with the Antlers in a bout on Tuesday, February 6. The Antlers go into the bout with a record of 1-1.

Next up, the Thunderbirds clash with the Canyon Cougars (New Braunfels, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 6. Wagner will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
