Santa Fe Demons (Santa Fe, NM) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Manzano Monarchs (Albuquerque, NM), 56-46 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Santa Fe upgrades its record to 17-10 on the campaign. The Demons travel to Rio Grande (Albuquerque, NM) to play the Ravens in a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 22. The Ravens come into the bout with a record of 15-11. Rio Grande lost 68-35 in their recent non-league bout against Los Lunas (Los Lunas, NM)
