North Carolina High School Basketball - Swain County knocked off by Hayesville

The Hayesville Yellowjackets basketball team scored 59 points and held the host Swain County Maroon Devils to 47 in the Yellowjackets non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Yellowjackets now sport a 13-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cherokee for a 1A Big Smoky contest on Friday, February 23. Hayesville will meet a Braves team coming off a 75-70 non-league win over Murphy (Murphy, NC). The Braves record now stands at 15-8.
