The NorthPointe Christian Mustangs basketball team scored 46 points and held the host Hopkins Vikings to 43 in the Mustangs league triumph on Tuesday.

The Mustangs now sport a 9-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Godwin Heights for a Ottawa-Kent - Silver contest on Friday, February 23. NorthPointe Christian will battle a Wolverines team coming off a 49-38 league win over Belding (Belding, MI). The Wolverines record now stands at 15-5.

The Vikings (6-15) will now prepare for their contest against Calvin Christian (Grandville, MI). The Squires enter the Ottawa-Kent - Silver contest with a 9-12 record. In their last contest, Calvin Christian was nudged by Comstock Park (Comstock Park, MI), 45-44, in a league contest.
