The Chaska Hawks basketball team scored 63 points and restricted the host New Prague Trojans to 47 in the Hawks non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Hawks now sport a 17-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Waconia for a AAAA Section 2 contest on Friday, February 23. Chaska will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 85-63 non-league loss to Benilde-St. Margaret's (St. Louis Park, MN). The Wildcats record now stands at 11-14.
The Trojans (14-11) will now prepare for their contest against Chanhassen (Chanhassen, MN). The Storm come into the AAAA Section 2 contest with a 13-12 record. In their last contest, Chanhassen prevailed over St. Louis Park (St. Louis Park, MN), 88-64, in a league contest.
