The Archbishop Carroll Lions (Washington, DC) basketball crushed the visiting St. Mary's Ryken Knights (Leonardtown, MD), 79-43 in Thursday's league bout.
The Lions now possess a 16-14 record. They play next when they travel to Gonzaga for a non-league bout on Saturday, February 22. Archbishop Carroll will play a Eagles team coming off a 72-55 league loss to DeMatha (Hyattsville, MD). The Eagles record now stands at 24-4.
With the loss, St. Mary's Ryken falls to 5-24 on the campaign.
