Minnesota High School Basketball - Alexandria thwarts Fergus Falls

The Alexandria Cardinals (Alexandria, MN) basketball knocked off the visiting Fergus Falls Otters (Fergus Falls, MN), 67-54 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Cardinals (18-4) will now prepare for their test against Monticello (Monticello, MN). The Magic go into the non-league test with a 1-22 record. In their last test, Monticello went down by Cambridge-Isanti (Cambridge, MN), 100-68, in a league test.

The Otters now own a 6-17 record. They play next when they host St. Cloud Tech for a AAA Section 8 outing on Thursday, February 23. Fergus Falls will clash with a Tigers squad coming off a 64-60 league loss to Rocori (Cold Spring, MN). The Tigers record now stands at 10-10.
