The Cobre Indians basketball team scored 44 points and held the visiting Hatch Valley Bears to 17 in the Indians non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Indians now sport a 8-18 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hot Springs for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 23. Cobre will battle a Tigers team coming off a 32-22 league win over Hatch Valley (Hatch, NM). The Tigers record now stands at 8-16.
