Louisiana High School Basketball - Salmen knocks off Chalmette

The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Salmen Spartans (Slidell, LA) and the visiting Chalmette Owls (Chalmette, LA), observed Salmen's basketball team overcome Chalmette by a margin of 69-54.
The Spartans (13-24) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Amant (St. Amant, LA). The Gators come into the non-league challenge with a 21-21 record. In their last challenge, St. Amant defeated Prairieville (Prairieville, LA), 92-63, in a league challenge.
