The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Sheyenne Mustangs (West Fargo, ND) and the visiting Grand Forks Central Knights (Grand Forks, ND), observed Sheyenne's basketball team overcome Grand Forks Central by a margin of 79-61.

The Mustangs (8-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Fargo North (Fargo, ND). The Spartans come into the AA East challenge with a 7-14 record. In their last challenge, Fargo North defeated Fargo South (Fargo, ND), 94-91, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Knights battle the Shanley Deacons (Fargo, ND) in a AA East challenge, on Tuesday, February 25. Grand Forks Central will attempt to better on its 8-13 season record. The Deacons come into the challenge with a 2-18 record after their 98-54 league loss to Red River (Grand Forks, ND).
