In Friday's league outing, the visiting Sealy Tigers soccer squad scored a tight 4-1 victory over the New Waverly Bulldogs.

The Tigers (8-9) will now prepare for their outing against Royal (Brookshire, TX). The Falcons go into the 4A Region 3 District 20 outing with a 13-3 record. In their last outing, Royal got by Hempstead (Hempstead, TX), 17-0, in a league outing.

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Hempstead Bobcats (Hempstead, TX) in a 4A Region 3 District 20 outing, on Tuesday, February 25. New Waverly will attempt to improve on its 6-4 season record. The Bobcats go into the outing with a 2-11 record after their 17-0 league loss to Royal (Brookshire, TX).
