Virginia High School Basketball - Lancaster overwhelms Essex

Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Lancaster Red Devils (Lancaster, VA) and the visiting Essex Trojans (Tappahannock, VA), saw Lancaster's basketball squad wallop Essex by a tally of 62-32.

With the victory, Lancaster improves its record to 25-0 on the campaign. The Red Devils host Middlesex (Saluda, VA) to play the Chargers in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 24. The Chargers come into the challenge with a record of 23-2. Middlesex won 72-61 in their recent non-league challenge against Northampton (Eastville, VA)
