The Johnson Central Golden Eagles topped the host Lawrence County Bulldogs basketball team by a final score of 49-40 in Thursday's non-league game.
With the defeat, Lawrence County moves to 18-10 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Prestonsburg (Prestonsburg, KY) to face the Blackcats in a District 58 game on Monday, February 26. The Blackcats enter the game with a record of 14-13. Prestonsburg lost 56-51 in their recent non-league game against Raceland (Raceland, KY)
