West Virginia High School Basketball - South Charleston succumbs to Huntington

February 22, 2025: South Charleston, WV 25309

In Saturday's non-league test, the Huntington Highlanders (Huntington, WV) basketball squad defeated the host South Charleston Black Eagles (South Charleston, WV), by a score of 55-45.

Next, the Highlanders clash with the Fairmont Senior Polar Bears (Fairmont, WV) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, February 25. Huntington will attempt to improve on its 7-11 season record. The Polar Bears come into the test with a 13-4 record after their 66-33 league win over East Fairmont (Fairmont, WV).

The Black Eagles (15-4) will now prepare for their test against Expression Prep Academy (Huntington, WV). The Lions come into the non-league test with a 9-15 record.
