In Thursday's non-league outing, the Eunice Cardinals (Eunice, NM) basketball squad edged the visiting Tatum Coyotes (Tatum, NM), by a margin of 56-55.
The Cardinals (17-8) will now prepare for their outing against Jal (Jal, NM). The Panthers go into the non-league outing with a 18-8 record. In their last outing, Jal held off Hagerman (Hagerman, NM), 57-45, in a league outing.
The Coyotes now own a 15-13 record.
