The Eunice Cardinals (Eunice, NM) basketball felled the host Tatum Coyotes (Tatum, NM), 64-45 in Tuesday's league test.

The Cardinals (14-6) will now prepare for their test against Hagerman (Hagerman, NM). The Bobcats go into the 2A District 4 test with a 8-14 record. In their last test, Hagerman was beaten by Eunice (Eunice, NM), 68-38, in a league test.

The Coyotes now own a 12-11 record. They play next when they host Jal for a 2A District 4 test on Friday, February 10. Tatum will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 50-39 league win over Loving (Loving, NM). The Panthers record now stands at 15-8.
