Missouri High School Basketball - Vianney can't hold off De Smet Jesuit

The De Smet Jesuit Spartans basketball team scored 73 points and restricted the host Vianney Golden Griffins to 67 in the Spartans league victory on Friday.
The Spartans now sport a 22-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host McCluer for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 29. De Smet Jesuit will battle a Comets team coming off a 56-55 non-league win over McCluer North (Florissant, MO). The Comets record now stands at 5-19.
The Golden Griffins (19-5) will now prepare for their contest against Rockwood Summit (Fenton, MO). The Falcons come into the non-league contest with a 11-10 record.
