The Knox Central Panthers (Barbourville, KY) basketball felled the visiting Harlan Green Dragons (Harlan, KY), 68-58 in Friday's non-league test.
The Panthers (20-10) will now prepare for their test against Barbourville (Barbourville, KY). The Tigers go into the District 51 test with a 7-23 record. In their last test, Barbourville thwarted Oneida Baptist Institute (Oneida, KY), 60-50, in a non-league test.
The Green Dragons now own a 5-22 record. They play next when they travel to Bell County for a District 52 test on Tuesday, February 27.
