In Friday's non-league match, the visiting St. Thomas More Sabers basketball team scored a good 52-41 triumph over the Salt Fork Storm.
In their next game, the Sabers meet the Lexington Minutemen (Lexington, IL) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, February 27. St. Thomas More will attempt to better on its 22-11 season record. The Minutemen enter the match with a 24-10 record after their 57-37 non-league win over Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley (Gibson City, IL).
With the defeat, Salt Fork moves to 19-11 on the year.
