Tiverton Tigers (Tiverton, RI) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Coventry Oakers (Coventry, RI), 41-31 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Tiverton upgrades its record to 11-10 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Moses Brown (Providence, RI) to play the Quakers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 27. The Quakers come into the bout with a record of 18-1. Moses Brown won 67-19 in their recent league bout against Cranston East (Cranston, RI)
