West Virginia High School Basketball - Pendleton County can't hold off Pocahontas County

The Pocahontas County Warriors basketball team scored 52 points and restricted the host Pendleton County Wildcat to 49 in the Warriors non-league victory on Friday.

The Warriors now sport a 12-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host East Hardy for a Potomac Valley contest on Tuesday, February 27. Pocahontas County will battle a Cougars team coming off a 50-19 non-league loss to Tucker County (Hambleton, WV). The Cougars record now stands at 8-15.
