The North Lamar Panthers (Paris, TX) baseball trounced the host Denison Yellow Jackets (Denison, TX), 16-7 in Monday's non-league challenge.
The Panthers now own a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sulphur Springs for a 4A Region II District 15 challenge on Tuesday, March 4.
With the defeat, Denison drops to 1-4 on the year. The Yellow jackets travel to Aubrey (Aubrey, TX) to clash with the Chaparrals in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 27. The Chaparrals go into the challenge with a record of 2-1.
