Minnesota High School Basketball - Milaca holds off Pine City

In Monday's league contest, the host Milaca Wolves basketball team scored a close 49-45 triumph over the Pine City Dragons.
The Wolves (8-15) will now prepare for their contest against Pierz (Pierz, MN). The Pioneers come into the non-league challenge with a 11-12 record. In their last challenge, Pierz edged Hinckley-Finlayson (Hinckley, MN), 80-45, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Dragons encounter the Barnum Bombers (Barnum, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 25. Pine City will attempt to improve on its 8-17 season record.
