Virginia High School Basketball - Granby can't hold off Maury

Maury Commodores (Norfolk, VA) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the visiting Granby Comets (Norfolk, VA), 46-41 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Maury advances its record to 19-4 on the year. The Commodores travel to King's Fork (Suffolk, VA) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Thursday, February 27. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 22-2. King's Fork won 61-48 in their recent non-league match against Kecoughtan (Hampton, VA)
The Comets now own a 13-10 record.
