The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Jal Panthers (Jal, NM) and the visiting Hagerman Bobcats (Hagerman, NM), observed Jal's basketball team overwhelm Hagerman by a score of 61-32.
The Panthers (12-15) will now prepare for their challenge against Tatum (Tatum, NM). The Coyotes come into the 2A District 4 challenge with a 21-5 record. In their last challenge, Tatum trounced Texico (Texico, NM), 52-28, in a non-league challenge.
