New Mexico High School Basketball - Jal routs Hagerman

In Monday's league contest, the host Jal Panthers basketball team scored a big 46-19 win over the Hagerman Bobcats.

The Panthers (9-12) will now prepare for their contest against Tatum (Tatum, NM). The Coyotes come into the 2A District 4 contest with a 14-5 record. In their last contest, Tatum was trounced by Texico (Texico, NM), 48-47, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Bobcats battle the Eunice Cardinals (Eunice, NM) in a 2A District 4 contest, on Friday, February 7. Hagerman will attempt to better on its 8-10 season record. The Cardinals come into the contest with a 16-5 record after their 70-32 league win over Loving (Loving, NM).
