Georgia High School Soccer - South Gwinnett knocks off Newton

In Tuesday's league outing, the host South Gwinnett Comets soccer squad scored a nice 10-0 victory over the Newton Rams.

The Comets (3-3) will now prepare for their outing against Grovetown (Grovetown, GA). The Warriors go into the 6A Region 4 outing with a 3-2 record. In their last outing, Grovetown prevailed over Rockdale County (Conyers, GA), 7-0, in a league outing.

Next up, the Rams play the Archer Tigers (Lawrenceville, GA) in a 6A Region 4 outing, on Friday, February 28. Newton will attempt to improve on its 0-4 season record. The Tigers go into the outing with a 1-3 record after their 9-0 league win over Rockdale County (Conyers, GA).
