The North Star co-op [Cando/Bisbee-Egeland/Munich/Starkweather] Bearcats (Cando, ND) basketball nipped the visiting Langdon/Edmore/Munich (Langdon, ND), 61-54 in Monday's non-league test.

The Bearcats (16-1) will now prepare for their test against Midway/Minto (Inkster, ND). The Mustangs go into the non-league test with a 14-8 record. In their last test, Midway/Minto got by Cavalier (Cavalier, ND), 62-61, in a league test.
