In Thursday's non-league game, the visiting Rio Hondo Bobcats baseball team scored a nice 14-4 win over the Progreso Red Ants.

With the triumph, Rio Hondo advances its record to 4-5 on the season. The Bobcats travel to Kaufer (Riviera, TX) to battle the Seahawks in a non-league match on Saturday, February 28. The Seahawks go into the test with a record of 1-2. Kaufer won 12-2 in their recent non-league test against Rio Hondo (Rio Hondo, TX)
