Spectators at Monday's non-league battle between the Basha Bears (Chandler, AZ) and the host Queen Creek Bulldogs (Queen Creek, AZ), saw Basha's baseball squad edge Queen Creek by a count of 2-1.

Coming up next, the Bears play the Desert Ridge Jaguars (Mesa, AZ) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, March 2. Basha will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Jaguars enter the battle with a 5-0 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Cibola (Yuma, AZ).

The Bulldogs now possess a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sunnyslope for a non-league battle on Friday, March 3. Queen Creek will play a Vikings squad coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Maryvale (Phoenix, AZ). The Vikings record now stands at 4-3.
